Refunds/Returns Policy

All goods remain the property of MX5 MANIA until full payment is received.

Refunds:

Mx5 Mania will accept product returns and issue full refund of goods* if a) The product is faulty b) The product does not match the description advertised on the Mx5 Mania website

No refunds will be given for purchases that fall under the 'incorrect choice' or 'change of mind' category however a Store Credit or Exchange will be available.

*Full refund is of goods only and does not include original freight charge nor does it cover the cost of returning goods (see below)

Warranty 

All used parts are supplied with a 3 months parts only warranty. 

Labour warranty is covered only when MX5 Mania has installed the used part. 

For new items that are faulty please contact us regarding warranty as each supplier has a different warranty policy. 

New parts are covered for at least 3 months from date of purchase

Cost of Return Freight for Warranty or Exchange:

If incorrect item is posted to the customer at the fault of Mx5 Mania, return freight of the incorrect item will be paid at the cost of Mx5 Mania and replacement will be returned to the customer at the cost of Mx5 Mania

If item delivered to the customer is faulty or does not do what it is intended return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser

If item delivered to the customer falls under the 'incorrect choice' or 'change of mind' category the return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damage in Transit/Lost Parcel:

Mx5 Mania will not be held responsible for parcels/products that become lost or damaged during transit, However Mx5 Mania will ensure parcels are wrapped adequately prior to releasing goods and will endeavour to resolve the issue of a lost parcel. The customer does have the option at time of sale to choose delivery of goods to be via courier*  or the use of Express Post* Satchel bags to deliver goods as these have online tracking. If customer chooses Australia Post regular mail as postal option no tracking number is available.

*Online tracking of goods may be available
